ADELAIDE RALLY DEDICATED TO FANS

The Shannons Adelaide Rally is set to field more than 400 entries, the largest number of any tarmac rally event in the world for 2021.
Scheduled from November 25-28, the event has vowed to put fans first after a series of event cancellations over the last 18 months.
Each day of the event there is at least one stage designated as a spectator stage, with seven overall over the course of the rally.
There has also been a new stage designed with spectators at the forefront of organisers minds.
Wairoa Special Stage, the final stage on Day 3, will offer elevated viewing positions so fans can witness competitors weave through the Adelaide Hills towns of Aldgate and Stirling.
Entry to the Wairoa viewing area will be free.
As well as the Wairoa stage, the Windy Point stage, Stafford Hillclimb and Lobethal stages have been designated as spectator stages.
On the Sunday there are three spectator opportunities, at the iconic Mt Lofty stage, as well as Sturt Valley and Yarrabee stages.
As part of the return to motorsport in Australia, the Adelaide Rally gives passionate followers the opportunity to watch tarmac rallying in a central location.
The Adelaide Rally has long been known for its festive atmosphere and free community events.
In 2021 the Gouger Street Party is back after a Covid-induced hiatus, joined by the Bridgewater Lunch Stop and Spring Fair and the East End Finale, both held on the Sunday.
Extensions to the course for 2021 increase the length of this year’s rally to 230 competitive kilometres.
There is a $25,000 prize pool for the Adelaide Rally in 2021, with $10,000 going to the outright winner.
Decided over four days, the Adelaide Tourist Trophy winner will also go home with $10,000.
The speed limited Shannons Challenge winner will receive $5000.
