It’s out now and free to read online – AUTO ACTION’S latest digital magazine! It’s a massive 80 pages and it is jammed full of all the latest developments in the Supercars and Formula 1 worlds, as well as all the local news and action.

The big news that sent shock waves through the industry was the announcement that General Motors’ official Supercars homologation team, Triple Eight Race Engineering, has confirmed its secret plans to swap manufacturers to Ford and will race Mustangs from the start of 2026.

Not only will Triple Eight no longer homologate and race Chevrolet Camaro’s, but T8 will become the homologation team for the Ford Mustang!

And if you think that has tipped some in Supercars-land upside down, then you would be right!

AUTO ACTION has the story covered from all angles. AA’s Bruce Williams was on hand at the Australian launch, at Ford’s Broadmeadows facility, and spoke to some of the heavyweights at Ford Australia. While AA’s Andrew Clarke spoke exclusively with Triple Eight’s team principal Jamie Whincup, on the eve of the launch.

AA’s Formula 1 man Luis Vasconcelos has done another great job of digging around behind the scenes in the world of Formula 1. He has some strong views on the latest chapter of the FIA trying to control what people say. Super2 race winner and 2025 Supercars Young Gun Award winner-Aaron Cameron is racing open wheelers in the Middle East. Aaron tells AA’s Clarke why and how his says YES to every offer he gets to race!

Another young gun on the rise is Max Geoghegan who enters the 2025 Super2 season with plenty of pedigree and success in his blood-line. His grandfather Ian ‘Pete’ Geoghegan won five Australian Touring Car Championship titles from 1964-1969. Max tells us his story.

There’s Sprintcar action aplenty. It has been a massive couple of weeks of Sprintcar racing around the country, and one driver has dominated. James McFadden has won the Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic for the third time as well as last weekend’s Australian tittles. He’s the first driver to do the double since 1990 when Garry Rush won both the Classic and the Championship in one season. Auto Action has all the Sprintcar action covered.

The Bathurst 12 Hour has been run and won by BMW, with the WRT team recording a spectacular 1-2 – and AA’s Thomas Miles was on hand at The Mountain to cover all the action – news, interviews and a full race coverage.

The Daytona 24 Hours was another heavyweight slug-fest, with Porsche taking another win. There were lots of great results for the many Aussie and Kiwi drivers in the field. Auto Action’s coverage delivers overall race coverage with a focus on our local driver results.

The World Rally Championship has started with the traditional season opener. The Monte Carlo rally was won by 41-year-old French veteran and eight-time world champion Sebastien Ogier and his Toyota … Looks like it could be another year of domination.

NASCAR’s traditional season opener ‘The Clash’ was held at the Bowman Gray track, also known as ‘The Madhouse.’ It’s an old-school flat half-mile oval. The crazy race was won by Chase Elliott and AUTO ACTION’S Andrew Clarke was on hand to witness the mayhem.
