Duggan Family Hotels backs Touring Car Masters

The Touring Car Masters trip to the Sydney SuperNight Supercars round this weekend will be backed by Duggan Family Hotels.
The DFH Group will be the naming rights partner of the fourth round of the 2024 Touring Car Masters season at Sydney Motorsport Park.
DFH has been a longtime backer of motorsport, forming its own V8 Supercars club in 2003, whilst CEO Mark Duggan returned to the Precision National Sports Sedan Series in an Aston Martin DBR9 last year and will also race this weekend in that category.
DFH extended into Touring Car Masters at the most recent round at Hidden Valley where it backed the Whiteline Racing Team #85 1970 Chevrolet Camaro RS driven by Scott Cameron.
He will continue racing in the category for the remainder of the season and will be boosted by DFH’s growing support of the championship.
Duggan Family Hotels joins ACDelco Parts Direct and Auto Action Magazine as supporters of the 2024 TCM series.
Duggan Family Hotels CEO Mark Duggan is pleased to be part of the TCM program.
“I am excited about the calibration, we have a growing interest in TCM,” he said.
“I see supporting TCM as too good of an opportunity not to grab as one of our hotels is in the area, TCM is a great category that has a lot of interest from our Pendle Inn V8 supercar club.
“It makes a lot of sense to get behind the Touring Car Masters series with the race here in Sydney which is right in our backyard and with us having some of our P.I V8 club members joining us for a corporate event at SMP this weekend.
“The V8 supercar club goes back to 2003, and we are all very excited to get behind the TCM category with Scott Cameron.
“I see backing TCM in our own area as an opportunity too good not to grab, and the TCM cars are a great crowd favourite.

Touring Car Masters’ Tony Hunter welcomed DFH.
“We are very pleased to be able to welcome Mark and his team from the Duggan Family Hotels to the Touring Car Masters family,” he said.
“It’s great that they saw the potential in TCM as a category and chose to support Scott Cameron in the Whiteline Racing Camaro for the rest of the series.
“Having been part of the TCM series for a short time they have decided to get a little more involved and have come on board for this wonderful showcase event which happens right in the vicinity of their home base.”
DFH Marketing Manager Ellie Duggan said the Sydney round is the perfect one to support Touring Car Masters.
“The heart of Duggan family hotels is The Pendle Inn Hotel just down the road from Sydney motorsport Park at 223 Wentworth Ave, Pendle Hill,” she said.
“Along with the sponsorship comes the support of a very strong Pendle Inn V8 supercar club that is nearing 300 members and constantly growing in numbers.
“The Pendle Inn V8 supercar club holds regular V8 barbecues, has corporate weekends at V8 Supercar events, and raffles off giveaways to Gold Coast 500 events.
“Club members can even win hot laps with Andre Heimgartner and we have our yearly photo shoots with the race cars running under the Duggan Family Racing banner visiting the Pendle Inn Hotel.”
