Bathurst 6 Hour schedule released
Less than a month before lights out, the schedule for the 2024 Bathurst 6 Hour has been revealed.
The 6 hour production car race will remain on Easter Sunday, while all up there will be 19 races at Mount Panorama.
Joining the 6 Hour field are the Formula Ford Australia, Australian Pulsar Racing Association, HXTRA, RM Group Improved Production, SuperMini Challenge and CERA Dunlop Destiny Series, which each have at least three races.
Six hour competitors will enjoy two, one-hour practice sessions on Friday prior to another 40-minute hit-out on Saturday morning prior to qualifying.
Qualifying will be split into two parts with the bottom of the field running before the fastest in two separate 20-minute sessions.
The big race itself will begin at 11.45 AEDT and finish in the twilight at 17.45 AEDT.
Live coverage of both Saturday and Sunday will be on Fox Sports and SBS from 13.00 and 11.30 AEDT respectively.
The Bathurst 6 Hour will be on March 29-31.
