SUPERCARS REVEALS NEW LOGO AND HASHTAG

Supercars has revealed its new logo and social media hashtag as part of its five-year naming-rights partnership with Repco.

The Supercars Championship logo has been slightly tweaked to bring greater emphasis on the word “Championship”, while Repco branding has also been added as part of the new deal.

For fans, the biggest change will be the hashtag with #RepcoSC replacing the previously used #VASC across all social media platforms.

The updated branding for Supercars will be rolled across all corporate and marketing collateral, events, digital, sub-brands including the Dunlop Super2 Series ahead of the 2021 season.

“The time is right for a new identity as we head into the next phase for the sport, on and off the track.” said Stephanie Crockford, Supercars General Manager – Marketing.

Supercars heads into next season with new five-year deals for both its naming-rights with Repco and broadcast package across Fox Sports and the Seven Network.
