The Chevrolet Camaro Brodie Kostecki steered to a famous Supercars Championship victory last year now has a special resting place.
In the gap between the Sydney and Tasmania rounds, Barry Ryan helped deliver the #99 Camaro to Erebus owner Betty Klimenko.
Kostecki’s championship winner will now take pride and place in Klimenko’s garage, along with a number of classic cars.
The Camaro remains in the same condition from when it took championship glory on the streets of Adelaide last year, with yellow numbers, the full Coca-Cola livery, championship signs and even some confetti.
The chassis called EM05 was retired after claiming the historic title.
Erebus hopes for more success at a track it enjoyed last year, Symmons Plains, this weekend.
