NEWCASTLE 500 GEN3 DATES LOCKED

The first ever Gen3 Ford Mustang V Chevrolet Camaro Supercars event, the Newcastle 500, is signed, sealed, and delivered, with tickets to go on sale today at 2pm.

The next evolution of Supercars will take place on March 10-12, with Heritage NSW giving the tick of approval to one the calendars most picturesque door-to-door battles.

Grandstand, General Admission and Corporate facilities will go on sale today. The Grandstand seating on sale today includes the Platinum Reserve Grandstands at Turn 1 looking up Watt Street, Nobby’s Road into the hairpin with views of the circuit and, inside the circuit at the final corner.

“We’re thrilled that the dates are now locked in for our return to Newcastle and the debut of the Gen3 Camaro and Mustang,” Supercars CEO Shane Howard said.

“The Newcastle 500 is a world-class motorsport event, and we look forward to attracting the attention of motorsport enthusiasts and, once again, staging an event which sees flow-on benefits for the city’s  hotels, bars, restaurants and retailers.

“We’ve waited three years for our return, and we want to make sure Newcastle 2023 is an event to  remember for years to come. “

Important Note:

Tickets purchased for the 2022 Newcastle 500 that were originally scheduled for March will be valid for the 2023  event. Anyone who purchased and requested a refund should be aware their tickets will no longer be valid. If fans purchased a Grandstand ticket, they will soon receive an email from Ticketek. 

All tickets will be available from 2pm AEDT today through Ticketek and Supercars.com for the 2023  Newcastle 500.
