SYDNEY SUPERCARS TICKETS ON SALE

Date posted: 12 October 2021
Tickets have gone on sale for all four Sydney Supercars Championship events and fans will have the freedom to wander the venue after being confined to the grandstand last year.
Fans in attendance will have the option of moving around the track and selecting a vantage point of their choosing.
Fans who want the comfort of a grandstand seat have the option of purchasing Unreserved Grandstand tickets.
When the Supercars season returned after a COVID hiatus in 2020 at Sydney Motorsport Park (SMP), no spectators were allowed through the gates.
In the following event, fans that entered SMP had access to the pit straight grandstand overlooking the main straight and pit lane, the pit straight stadium limited to only 25 percent capacity.
The 2021 Supercars season is set to resume under lights from October 29-31 with the Bunnings Trade Sydney SuperNight at Sydney Motorsport Park.
Three consecutive events will follow at SMP in November, before teams head to Mount Panorama for the season finale Bathurst 1000.
In a historic first for the second Sydney SuperNight, the Eastern Creek venue will hold dual night races in the same event between November 6-7.
The third event, titled the Sydney SuperSprint, will take place from November 13-14 and include daytime racing.
Designated a family-friendly event, the Sydney SuperSprint will include a variety of off-track entertainment.
Rounding out the Sydney Cup schedule is the Beaurepaires Sydney SuperNight, employing the dual 250km race format across November 19-21, the first of which will be held under lights.
Several categories will support Supercars across the four rounds including the Super2 Series and Super3 Series, the V8 SuperUtes, Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia 86 Series, NSW Sports Sedans, NSW Formula Ford and NSW Production Touring Cars.
All events will be broadcast live on Foxtel and will be streamed on Kayo, while the Seven Network will provide a combination of free-to-air coverage and highlights across the four events.

'description' => 'The Supercars Championship, currently known as the Repco Supercars Championship, is the premier motorsport category in Australasia and one of Australia\'s biggest sports. It originated from the Australian Touring Car Championship (ATCC), which held its first race in 1960 at Gnoo-Blas in Orange, New South Wales. The ATCC evolved over the years, and in 1997, it was rebranded as the V8 Supercars Championship, eventually becoming the Supercars Championship we know today.
Some of the leading drivers in the history of the Supercars Championship include Peter Brock, who is often referred to as the "King of the Mountain" for his nine victories at the Bathurst 1000, a race that is considered one of the biggest in the series. Other notable drivers include Dick Johnson, Marcos Ambrose, Craig Lowndes, Shane van Gisbergen, Jamie Whincup, who holds the record for the most championship titles, and Mark Skaife, who has also been a dominant force in the series.
The Bathurst 1000, held at Mount Panorama Circuit in Bathurst, New South Wales, is arguably the most famous race in the Supercars calendar. Other significant races include the Sandown 500 and the Adelaide 500, which are known for their challenging circuits and thrilling competitions.
