Record breaking Mustang brings international horsepower to Sports Sedans

“We didn’t leave ourselves much time to prepare and modify the car, but it got a well-deserved mechanical birthday, and a few ‘stick ons’ to make it faster, hopefully!
“The goal is to go and have some fun at three of Australia’s coolest motorsport events rather than any aspirations of winning.
“The National Sports Sedan Series features a vast array of cars and will be quite a different challenge from last time we were there”.
Fogg last raced in Australia at Touring Car Masters level in 2019 at Bathurst where he won all three races and set the lap record that still stands today.

Angus Fogg smashed the Touring Car Masters field and record book at Bathurst in 2019.
His Fastback Mustang stopped the clock at a 2:14.8525 and remains the fastest Touring Car Masters lap of the famous 6.213km circuit.
Fogg claims he hit 300km/h down Conrod Straight and would love to unleash the 800 horsepower at his disposal.
“Last time out we reached a top speed of over 300kph down Conrod straight,” said Fogg.
“We have 800 odd horsepower so really looking forward to giving it another go, having some fun and enjoying the Aussie competition.”
