The new livery for the teams two Holden ZB Commodores was showcased in front of an audience of their T8M8 members and the media at their Brisbane headquarters today.
This year’s design is an evolution on recent years retaining the white and blue theme, but with a sharp new look featuring geometric shapes in varying shades of blue.
“Great to see the car for the first time today, we were lucky enough to see a sneak peek of the livery late last year but to see it in full on the Commodore, it looks fantastic!” said Jamie Whincup.
“We set the bar really high with our Bathurst livery last year so for the teams at Red Bull, Holden and the commercial crew here at Triple Eight to come up with something different, new and fresh they have done a remarkable job and something the fans will be keen to cheer on at the track.”
“To be here at HQ on a Sunday with the rain gone, the sun out and in front of the beloved T8M8 fan base, it is only fitting to give these guys an exclusive first look.”

Alongside title partners Holden and Red Bull, the team will continue to enjoy support from ACDelco, Caltex, GearWrench, HP, IVECO, MTAA Super, National Storage and TW Steel.
The team also used the event to confirm an unchanged driver line-up for the endurance races with Craig Lowndes once again partnering Jamie Whincup in the #88 and Garth Tander joining Shane van Gisbergen in the #97.
The Virgin Australia Supercars Championship commences with the Superloop Adelaide 500.

The ATCC evolved over the years, and in 1997, it was rebranded as the V8 Supercars Championship, eventually becoming the Supercars Championship we know today.
Some of the leading drivers in the history of the Supercars Championship include Peter Brock, who is often referred to as the "King of the Mountain" for his nine victories at the Bathurst 1000, a race that is considered one of the biggest in the series. Other notable drivers include Dick Johnson, Marcos Ambrose, Craig Lowndes, Shane van Gisbergen, Jamie Whincup, who holds the record for the most championship titles, and Mark Skaife, who has also been a dominant force in the series.
