BATHURST 12 HOUR: COMPETITION MOTORSPORTS CONFIRM PRO-AM DEFENCE

Competition Motorsports have confirmed the driver line-up for their Bathurst 12 Hour Pro-Am title defence in 2018.

The US based Porsche team which will run a 2018 Porsche 911 GT3 R with support Australia’s McElrea Racing as well as Porsche Motorsport North America. The team will also be known as Ice Break Extra Shot Racing Team flown by Virgin Australia for the event.

Porsche expert and respected engineer Stefan Pfeiffer will manage their campaign, while Patrick Long, Matt Campbell and David Calvert-Jones will again drive for the team in 2018. Alex Davison will be the new addition to the line-up, replacing Marc Lieb.

Parmalat, Ice Break parent company, is excited to be involved with Competition Motorsports in 2018.

Virgin Australia are returning to support the team in 2018 as travel partners and as well as getting the Competition Motorsport drivers and staff to the event.

The Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour be contested at Mt Panorama, between 2-4 February 2018.
