Formula E has revealed an expanded 14 race schedule for the 2019/20 season.

The schedule for next season will see the championship commence a little earlier than tradition, with the opening two rounds to be held in Ad Diriyah, Saudi Arabia on November 22-23 2019.

The championship will be contested across four continents before concluding with another double round at a unique indoor/outdoor track in London, England on July 25-26 2020.

London’s new race will be held in the cities docklands area, with the track to starting inside the ExCeL exhibition centre before completing 23 corners around the waterfront of the Royal Docks.

Seoul, Korea also joins the Formula E schedule for the first time, slotting into the 10th round of the series, although details of that circuit have yet to be revealed.

Two rounds have been officially listed at TBC. The first of which is expected to be a return to Marrakech, Morocco for Round 3, however other cities still remain in contention. Organisers did confirm that the second TBC round, Round 7 on the schedule, will be held in China and while Sanya likely is to be confirmed as the host city discussions are still underway.

New rivalries are set to be formed in the sixth season the all-electric racing series, with both Porsche and Mercedes-Benz joining the championship with full manufacturer entries. Joining fellow German manufacturers BMW and Audi.
