JENSON BUTTON RESUMES CAREER IN SUPER GT
After a 12 month sabbatical, former Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button will resume his motorsport career with Honda in Japan’s Super GT series.
The deal was announced during Honda Racing’s Thanks Day at Twin Ring Motegi over the weekend which confirmed that Button had offical signed a deal that will see him make his full-time racing return in Super GT’s GT500 class.
Button was amongst a host of Honda drivers and riders at the event, running Formula 1 demonstrations with McLaren driver Stoffel Vandoorne.
They were joined by Indy500 winner Takuma Sato, MotoGP Champion Marc Marquez and recent Toro Rosso signing Pierre Gasly running demonstrations during the day.
