CLIPSAL SUPPORT FOR PERCAT

Nick Percat will debut with Brad Jones Racing in the colours of Clipsal at the first round of the Supercars Championship in the Adelaide Parklands.

South Australian Percat has a long history with the event, as a fan and also reigning winner, and will carry Clipsal sponsorship at the final event that will run under the name, the Clipsal 500.

“I’ve been to every Clipsal event so I have plenty of great memories from throughout the years. I used to come here as a young race fan so to win it last year was just incredible; it doesn’t get much better than that.”

“Clipsal have sponsored the event since 2000, and it is pretty cool to have them on my car for this event,” he added. “I’m honoured to be a part of Clipsal’s farewell to the Adelaide 500 sponsorship and considering the longevity of this partnership, I think people will still call the event ‘Clipsal’ for many years to come,”

“The home town support is awesome and the locals really love their motorsport. Everyone has a great time at the Clipsal 500 and I can’t wait to get back.”

The deal is a one-off for this round. Percat one of many drivers that will be attending the Supercars launch tomorrow.
